Close to the village of La Chapelle Aubareil half way down a no through road you will find this large stone house with pool and large garden. The property requires some modernisation but has lots of character and charm.

The entrance steps lead into a living room with exposed stone walls and large stone chimney with wood burnering stove, up a few more steps into the dining room and an eat in kitchen, where there is a door leading to the garden and pool. A set of stairs leads from the dining room up to two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. One of the bedrooms has external access. On the other side of the property is another bedroom (also with external door), shower room and toilet and a 2nd staircase leading to a 4th bedroom and toilet.

There is a huge barn with plenty of space for several cars, or to convert into another dwelling (subject the the relevant planning approvals)

The property has double glazing throughout and there is oil fired central heating in the house. The saltwater pool is heated. The gardens wrap around the house and there are fruit trees and truffle trees, as well as a small vegetable plot.
