Property details

In a mountain village at the foot of the Col du Soulor, this former inn with 8 bedrooms on a 455m² lot awaits your renovation to become a large family house or a welcoming accommodation or two large apartments.

Beyond the shaded terrace of 75m², you enter the large room of 35m² or the 36m² kitchen. A living room (23m²) connects these two rooms.

Two wooden stairs lead to the 6 bedrooms on the first floor. A shower room, toilets, and an office complete this level.

On the second floor, two more large bedrooms and an unconverted attic add to this spacious house. On a half landing, a bathroom and toilets are in place.

The slate roof and the framework are in very good condition. A gas boiler provides heating, a hot water tank supplies domestic hot water. However, the electrical system, individual sanitation, and the joinery with single glazing will need to be reviewed.

An independent 34m² garage provides a great storage or workshop space.

50 minutes from Pau and Lourdes, 1 hour from Tarbes and their airports, 45 minutes from ski slopes.
